The promoter is Fexco Limited t/a No1 Currency, a company registered in Ireland under company registration no. 83934 with its registered office at Iveragh Road, Killorglin, County Kerry (the “Promoter”). These terms and conditions apply to the Fexco / Credit Union competition 2022. Fexco Limited trading as No1 Currency is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
This competition (“Competition”) is open to all credit union members over the age of 18 years, using the Promoter’s foreign currency service (“Eligible Persons”).
The competition draws will take place in July, August and September. There will be two draws per month with three categories of prizes. Prizes include a prize for the Credit Union member selected at random, a prize for the Credit Union staff member who sells the Credit Union member’s winning transaction and a separate prize for the Credit Union, which gets the most amount of competition entries.
The Credit Union member winner of each draw will get a €150 One4All Voucher, the Credit Union staff member, a chocolate hamper and the Credit Union a €250 charitable donation to a registered charity of their choice. Each draw will be conducted by the Promoter with the winning entry being selected at random.
Eligible Persons may enter the Competition by completing the online entry form, access to which will be provided by a Credit Union staff member. Only fully completed entries made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be eligible to take part in the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should persons be unable to enter the Competition for any reason. Only one entry can be submitted per foreign exchange receipt.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
The Competition will run from 9am on the 1 July 2022 (“Opening Date”) until 5pm on the 30 September 2022 (“Closing Date”). The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Opening Date and the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure in the submission of entries or for any entry which is not received by it before the Closing Date for any reason, including for technical reasons. Only entries received through the specified form on the Promoter’s competition page will be accepted.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Competition.
The winner of each prize draw will be notified by the Promoter either by email or by phone after each draw, and the notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize or does not comply with these conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. The prize does not include any costs associated with taking the prize. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for any other equivalent. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from enjoyment of the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition, with no liability to any entrant, the prize-winner or any third party. By accepting the Prize, the prize-winner grants the Promoter the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as the Promoter may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without payment.
The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.
