Ordering Foreign Currency Online For Home Delivery
You can pay for your home delivery currency order using a visa debit or credit card.
How much currency can I order for home delivery?
You can order foreign currency valued between €400 and €2,500. For orders over €2,500 please ring customer care on 0818 253 411.
Delivery is free for orders over €750, for orders under €750 there’s a small delivery charge of €9.95.
Can I have my travel money order delivered to a different address?
No your billing and home address must match.
Yes, you can schedule when you’d like to receive your home delivery order (up to 10 days in advance).
How much do I need to spend in order to receive free Home Delivery?
Orders of €750 and above receive free Home Delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This is usually around 5.00pm Monday through to Friday. After which point if you require a track and trace number we can provide to you by contacting our customer care team on 0818 253 411. You can then enter your track and trace number by visiting www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search by entering your tracking number.
Next day delivery is offered on all Sterling and US dollars ordered before noon (Monday – Friday). When ordering another currency, if it’s in stock it will be immediately dispatched for next day delivery. Occasionally, your currency may need to be ordered in, this can take up to 4 days. Once ready, your currency will be immediately dispatched for delivery.
You must notify us as soon as possible if you do not receive your order for any reason so that we can carry out a thorough investigation. Note: all home delivery orders are fully insured by An Post.
Receiving your order
Yes of course, you can use our Click & Collect service for local in-store collection.
No your billing and home address must match.
Yes, someone from your household is required to be home to sign for your currency order.
If you don’t accept your order and fail to collect if from your nearest An Post Sorting Office. It will be returned to No1 Currency. You can either request a refund (less any card handling fees, delivery charges and administration fees) or pay for re-delivery of the order. Please ring customer care on 0818 253 411 for support.
