You’ll need your confirmation email (on your phone or printed) and you may also be required to show photograph & address identification, so please bring both of those with you when you collect your order.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

Order fulfillment times may vary depending on the currency selected. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note: we hold most major currencies like the Sterling and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready in-store within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be in-store within 4 working days.

How much currency can I order online?

Using our Click & Collect service, you can order up to €2,500 worth of foreign currency. Using our Home Delivery service, you can order up to €2,500 worth of foreign currency.
