Placing your Click & Collect order:
To buy currency with Click & Collect, simply place your order online in 3 simple steps:
1. Create your order
Select the amount of currency you need and your nearest collection point.
2. Enter your details
Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
3. Order confirmation
Review your order. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email stating these details.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email immediately. Then you’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection. Once your order is ready for collection, it will be held in-store at your pre-secured rate for two days. To complete your order in-store, please bring your order reference number, ID and payment method.

Collecting your Click & Collect order:
You can pay using cash or card in most of our stores. Although, some agent locations only accept cash.
Please check the accepted payment methods for your collection point on the order confirmation email or by calling the store directly. If you’re paying by credit card, please note that some banks may charge a cash advance fee for purchasing travel money.
Order fulfillment times may vary depending on the currency selected. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

No, you don’t need to print out your order confirmation, as long as you have the details on your phone.
Yes, please let us know in advance if someone is collecting your order on your behalf.
The person collecting the currency should bring their proof of ID and payment in either cash or a bank card in their name. You cannot pay using someone else’s bank card.

Placing a Click & Sell order:
To sell currency with Click & Sell, simply place your order online in 3 simple steps:

Enter your name, email address, and phone number
3. Order confirmation
Review your order. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email stating these details.
To complete your Click & Sell order in-store, you’ll need your confirmation email and the banknotes you want to exchange. You may also be asked to provide proof of ID and address.
Please note: banknotes which are defaced/badly damaged or out of circulation will not be accepted.

Home Delivery FAQs
Placing your Home Delivery order:
To get your currency delivered to your door, simply order online. We will send you a confirmation email, and you’ll then receive another email when your order has been dispatched to your home address.

We offer free home delivery on all currency orders of €750 and over. Orders of €749.99 or less will incur a €9.95 postage and packaging charge
The maximum total order value for a Home Delivery order is €2,500. You can order up to 4 currencies within this order.

Yes, someone from your household needs to be home to sign for your order.
Cancelling your Home Delivery order:
If you’d like to cancel your order please call us on 0818 253 411 or email us on [email protected].
Please note: once you have completed your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled except with our agreement. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of €10.
We also can not guarantee that you will obtain the same exchange rate at which the order was placed, and the delivery charge is non-refundable.
