Most Sterling and US Dollar Click & Collect orders are ready for collection within a day.
Other currencies may need to be ordered into the store meaning your Click & Collect orders should be ready for collection within 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
Your Click & Collect order will be held for up to 2 days after you receive an email advising the currency is available for collection. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, the availability of the foreign currency and the rate can no longer be guarantee
You can order up to €2,500 online. For orders over €2,500 please call us on 0818 253 411. Note: there’s no minimum order value for Click & Collect.
All the information you need is in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use our store locator to check the opening hours of your chosen collection point. Please note: the opening hours may vary on bank holidays.
To collect your order you’ll need to bring:
– Order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
– Payment method: Most of our stores accept both cash and card. Please check your order confirmation email for more information.
– Proof of identity (passport or driving licence)
– Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months)
No, the person paying must do so with their own card and ID.
If you no longer need your currency order, please call the store or agent directly. Phone number can be found on the confirmation receipt or our website.
